He is the chef and owner of Italian American dining destination the Americano in Scottsdale, Arizona; Mora Italian, a modern osteria in Phoenix, Arizona; and Cellaio, an Italian steakhouse at Resorts World Catskills in Monticello, New York. Conant’s published cookbooks include the acclaimed Bold Italian in 2008.
