Jasmine M. Cho is a Pittsburgh-based artist, author, and cookie activist most known for using portrait cookies to elevate representation for Asian Americans & Pacific Islanders. Her work has been featured internationally on NPR, HuffPost, CBS This Morning, and The Korea Daily.
