Natalie Paull is one of Australia's most lauded and best-loved bakers, and author of the bestselling and groundbreaking Beatrix Bakes and Beatrix Bakes Another Slice. These books were named after her cult Melbourne bakeshop that captured the essence of her craft and gave readers insight into why customers traveled interstate for the tiny shop with the colourful cake window.
