An English countryside manor and gardens are the inspiration for the latest annual by quilting expert Kaffe Fassett, featuring a lovely new collection of 18 quilts

For the newest book in his highly successful patchwork and quilt series, Kaffe Fassett has found inspiration and a perfect setting at Levens Hall manor house and gardens, home to the world’s oldest topiary garden collection.

The hall is a work of art itself, and the garden topiary is a favorite tourist destination in England’s Lake District. Both classical and whimsical, the geometric topiaries and beautifully cultivated landscapes around the hall enhance the designs of this new collection of 18 vibrant quilts and cushions.
